Verdict

The Ikan FLY-X3-GOpro 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer is a reasonably priced gimbal for your GoPro. It’s also available for smartphones, so you can have all the same advantages with your phone as you have with your GoPro. It’s well made using high quality materials, and is very durable, sturdy and long lasting.

The two operational modes give you customization and control over your footage. Follow mode means that the camera is positioned to follow the position you’re pointing it at, and static position which means that the position is static and will not move, regardless of how you move the gimbal. The detachable control and 1.5m cable mean that you have even more recording options. It’s also very lightweight so it can be mounted on to a drone.

The only downfall of the Ikan FLY-X3-GO 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer is that the balancing of your camera needs to be perfect, and the instructions need to be followed very closely. If it isn’t properly balanced, it can drain the battery quite quickly. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic accessory at a great price.
